CONTROL SYSTEM

• Microprocessor based

• Program logic stored within non-volatile Flash EEPROM or OTP EPROM

• Setpoints and system configuration stored within serial EEPROM

• Menu driven controls with all operating sequences and control algorithms included.

• The control has non-volatile program memory and a battery backed clock in the event of power outage.

• All programmable options are installed via a Yes/No or Installed/Not Installed question.

Keypad -- Front Panel accessible with 4 tactile key switches. \par \tab Key assignments--Up, Down, Enter/Select, Exit

Display -- 1 Line by 10 Character Vacuum Fluorescent Display. Display will shut down after 30 minutes. It will turn on when any key is pressed.

Power--120/208/240 VAC, 50/60hz 40VA

Housing -- Metal Cabinet, NEMA 1

INPUTS

• Suction Pressure--One Suction Group

• Discharge, or Head, Pressure

• Suction Pressure Reset/Case Temperature Sensor

• Satellite Case Temperature Sensor

• Gas Defrost Status

OUTPUTS -- Control Relays

• All Relay Outputs are 1 Form C SPDT rated for 250VAC and 3Amp per circuit.

• Each relay circuit is fused with a 3Amp Slow blow fuse on the common leg.

INPUTS

• Pressure Transducers--3-wire, V+ Signal Ground, analog 1 to 6 VDC signal. Ranges--0 to 100PSI, 0 to 200 PSI, 0 to 500 PSI

• Temperature Sensors--2-wire, Microprocessor based, -40 to 158 °F

• Digital Inputs--All Digital Inputs are low voltage, 5VDC open or close signal inputs. All digital signal sources are non-polarity specific.
